About Sequence Electric
Electrical Work Planned as Part of the Project
Sequence Electric was built around a simple principle: electrical work should be planned as part of the entire project — not installed around it.
The Sequence Approach
Modern homes contain increasingly complex lighting, controls, appliances, specialty equipment, heating systems, entertainment systems, outdoor features, and electrical infrastructure. Successful installation requires more than following a set of plans — it requires coordination.
Sequence Electric brings extensive field experience in residential, commercial, industrial, controls, and complex electrical installations to Colorado's mountain communities. The goal is straightforward: identify problems early, install deliberately, communicate clearly, and leave behind an electrical system that makes sense.
We work directly with homeowners, custom home builders, general contractors, architects, and designers throughout Summit County, Park County, and the surrounding mountain communities.
Industrial experience. Residential precision.
That means careful planning before the first wire is pulled, coordination with other trades throughout the build, clean installations that hold up to scrutiny, and clear communication from rough-in to final trim.
No subcontractors. One crew. One standard.
Experience Behind Sequence
Industrial experience. Residential precision.
The Sequence Electric founder has worked across a wide range of electrical environments throughout his career — from large-scale industrial and data center construction to high-end custom residential projects.
These projects represent professional experience accumulated before and alongside the formation of Sequence Electric — not work contracted directly by the company. That background now shapes how every residential project is planned, sequenced, and executed.
Microsoft Data Center
Installed approximately 10,000 feet of EMT conduit in a highly coordinated construction environment. Much of the raceway had to be installed early — above and around other building systems — requiring careful layout, precise sequencing, and close coordination with multiple trades working in the same spaces simultaneously.
Large-scale coordination, sequencing under pressure, and raceway layout in complex environments.
Industrial & Manufacturing Facilities
Installation of raceways, power distribution, controls wiring, and electrical systems in active industrial and manufacturing environments. Work included equipment feeds, panel installations, and systems that had to be built and maintained without disrupting production.
Power distribution, controls, and systems thinking in demanding, high-stakes environments.
Traffic Signal Infrastructure
Construction and installation of electrical systems associated with traffic signals and transportation infrastructure. Work required coordination with civil contractors, strict adherence to specifications, and installation in active roadway environments.
Specification-driven work, field coordination, and installation in complex public environments.
Conveyor & Material-Handling Systems
Raceways, power, and controls wiring for conveyor systems and automated material-handling equipment. This type of work requires understanding how electrical systems integrate with mechanical systems and how sequencing affects commissioning and startup.
Controls integration, system sequencing, and electrical work tied to mechanical commissioning.
High-End Custom Residential
Large electrical services, extensive lighting systems, centralized lighting controls, whole-home generators, EV charging infrastructure, specialty equipment, and complex coordination with architects, designers, AV integrators, and general contractors on high-end custom home projects.
The full scope of technically demanding residential electrical — the work Sequence Electric is built to do.
Projects listed represent the founder's professional experience throughout his electrical career and were not necessarily contracted directly by Sequence Electric.
